Pricing & Payments
The prices set for our products on our Website when ordered are in Swiss Francs. If you depend on a currency exchange, fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods and services within the times indicated, however, where the delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only. We are not held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Order
SENSA must receive payment in full for all orders before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised, SENSA will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. SENSA reserves the right to refuse or supply any person for whatever reason.

While all gems vary in colour, they also take on a different appearance in both natural or artificial lighting. This uniqueness is what gives them their character and is why SENSA spends the time in choosing each stone individually.
