Returning an Item
If your are not completely happy with your SENSA Jewellery order we offer an exchange or a full refund on standard items in stock within 3 to 14 days of your purchase. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. This does not apply for custom made orders or items that are resized or engraved.
We recommend that you send your return in the original packaging with security tags attached and with the return paperwork already provided. Please send by registered delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. SENSA does not cover return postage. When your returns package is received a full refund will be issued within 7 working days. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Switzerland.
Extensions can be arranged if an item is purchased for a gift in advance, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for this.
If for any reason there is a fault with your jewellery, please send us an email to email@example.com
and return it back as a repair so that all cost are taken care of by SENSA Jewellery.
