Delivery Information

Domestic
All deliveries are free within Switzerland and are sent by DHL Express. Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered at your door the following day. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and your parcel will be sent securely with a trackable number.

There are certain remote areas within Switzerland that may take longer, for more information please contact info@sensajewellery.com for exact time frame. All sales are beautifully gift wrapped and packaged. Please state if the item is a gift so the original invoice is sent to the billing address and the gift with a certificate showing details only of the item sent.

Within Europe
International orders are sent out by DHL Express Worldwide and are free for purchases over CHF 1,500.00. This means that your package will arrive within 2-5 working days assuming you reach the cut off time of 17.30 Western European Time (WET).
For items under CHF 1,500.00 a fee of CHF 75.00 will apply with the same time frame of 2-5 working days and before the cut off time of 17.30 Western European Time (WET).
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email.
All international orders are fully insured and are sent via a trackable service.

Other Parts Of The World
Free postage on purchases over CHF 2,000 and for those under will be charged CHF 100.00. Your package will be sent with DHL Express Worldwide and will be fully trackable with an estimated arrival time of approximately 8 working days. This does not include local public holidays.

Duties and Taxes
All domestic orders are inclusive of the current 8.1 % VAT which is applied at the checkout.
For International orders the current 8.1 % VAT is removed at the checkout. This means that you may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery.
Please note that SENSA Jewellery can not be liable for any import duties and taxes imposed.

Returning an Item
If your are not completely happy with your SENSA Jewellery order we offer an exchange or a full refund on standard items in stock within 3 to 14 days of your purchase. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. This does not apply for custom made orders or items that are resized or engraved.

Return Instructions
We recommend that you send your return in the original packaging with security tags attached and with the return paperwork already provided. Please send by registered delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. SENSA does not cover return postage. When your returns package is received a full refund will be issued within 7 working days. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Switzerland.

Extended Returns
Extensions can be arranged if an item is purchased for a gift in advance, please send an email to info@sensajewellery.com to arrange for this.

Repair Returns
If for any reason there is a fault with your jewellery, please send us an email to info@sensajewellery.com and return it back as a repair so that all cost are taken care of by SENSA Jewellery.
